Huh, never considered that. My family has always kept hot sauces of all kinds in the fridge but restaurants don't do that. Or ketchup and mustard for that matter.

Keeping condiments cool may also be a preference. I like how the sauces are cool and the food is hot, it's a nice juxtaposition.

Ketchup and mustard will last a month at least on the counter. But I don't think I could finish a whole bottle that fast.

All of these things have high salt and/or vinegar content and will keep at room temperature almost indefinitely.

Which gen HTC One are you replacing? I've been using my M8 for exactly two years this month and it is kind of falling apart (case is bent), it's slow as hell, but it still works great.
I've been considering replacing it, but I cannot make up my mind between a small Android replacement (like the Sony Experia Z5, unfortunately not available for Verizon) or a larger one like a Galaxy Note so I can get rid of my tablet, also getting old.
I guess as long as the M8 keeps ticking, I'll use that.

I'm on the M8 as well--mine's generally beat up (not that I care), also slow as hell (about which I do care), and recently has decided that it's going to go from 25% to 0% on the battery without warning fairly often, which was the last straw. I figured it was time. It'll be nice to have a better camera and wireless charging.

I'll throw ketchup/mustard in the fridge - some website said 2 months for mustard 1 month for ketchup. Hot sauce though, gently caress it... 3 years shelf life.

My 6 months old ketchup is doing fine in the pantry.

Somehow keep sri racha and (some kind of) mustard in the fridge

However, in doing that, I forgot I put a practice katana and a demon-like airsoft mask in my cart because I'm a drunk.

They showed up and, uh, I guess I gotta make a costume from those as well.

Plus some 58mm ND filters, a stepping ring (55 to 58 mm), and some velcro tape. All this will eventually end up being a filter mount for phone.

And they are not nearly as cool.

I bought a fan for our sunroom and a "universal" Hunter light kit for the living room fan. I guess "universal" doesn't include Hunter fans from 15 years ago, and our living room fan is ugly and not that good, so I'm getting another new fan instead.

Also, I bought more LED bulbs, because they are awesome and they get cheaper every time I go to the store.

Maybe you just eat it fast enough. I do not and you can easily compare the color and taste of a few month old bottle that was kept in vs out of the fridge. poo poo gets brownish and loses flavor, but it's not spoiled, per se.

there is dedicated content, really the only content that transfers directly over is sim games like racing and flying. There's some hacky stuff to bring existing content directly in, but it really needs dedicate work.

Also that's the last big thing I bought too. Also some Audio Technica ATH-M50X headphones to go with.

Yes. The reason I went with this one in particular is that the water block covers the whole videocard, so the vram and gpu gets cooled, and there is no other fan except the one on the radiator. Most other videocards that use an all-in-one cooler just cool the gpu with it, and leave the vrm to be cooled with a 2nd fan on the card. AMD does the same thing with their R9 Fury X I think.
