I actually bought that dress at a local consignment shop that usually has a huge collection of ModCloth that local women wear once or twice before tossing. I guess it's one of the few perks of living in a college town. This is the link I found to it on ModCloth, the original price is way out of my budget, but if you seek out your local consignment shops you should find similar outfits.

In the US the term "burger" is almost exclusively applied to a ground beef patty on a bun, although other ground meats on bread are sometimes called burgers too.

Burgers are made with ground beef. If it's chicken, it's a chicken sandwich. Ground beef is sometimes referred to as hamburger. It's what people do. Please get your burgin right next time.
