For a while now everyone's been convinced that his planet and his entire people blew up. Until it turned out they were just hiding at the end of the Universe. Yes, like in Hitchhiker's Guide.

Can we not talk about Doctor who? Legends of Tomorrow isn't perfect, but there's no reason to try to make it seem better by comparing it to a much worse children's sci-fi show

Or that one of the stars made his name because of Doctor Who.

I'm assuming Snart's plan is to Freeze him then take advantage of the fact that he has access to time travel and when they defeat Savage have Rip land the ship like five minutes after Snart froze Mick to unthaw him.

I dunno, the conversation was pretty specific. Mick said "only one of us is getting out of here alive" and Snart said "you're right" and fired his cold gun. There isn't much room there for freezing.

Speculation spoiler: We're getting an episode called 'The Magnificent Eight' in a few weeks, which doesn't really work unless Mick is still on the show or gets replaced. I think it's likely there's something fishy going on because comic book show, but it was a ballsy way to end that episode, for sure.
