Maybe the numbers will shunt stardragon into more of a damage role, but both zac and stardragon's main game plan seems to be using their super long range initiates with their heavy cc ult and then doing some sustained daamge afterwards. I bet riot's going to change zac to scale off hp even more now...

Also whoever made the TF comparison for the new champ, that's an interesting one because it seems like this dude does compare unfavorably to TF who has a ridiculously strong ability on his W and a much easier to use ult for roaming. Of course this champ being able to gank from most any direction with a potentially huge stun could be really strong. It sounds FUN, because it sounds like you can do some really dumb poo poo, and I love doing really dumb poo poo.

It's not the chat feature that matters, it's having a huge pool that goons can join and invite people to games from. It makes coordinating games much easier and better because you can just mass invite the channel and don't have to worry about everyone individually updating all of their friend lists (which are implemented horribly in League anyway) I'd be super hype for outright replacing chat channels with guilds (which is what clubs are) except for the fact that the player limit is 50 which is dumb.

New champ will need a really short cooldown on his Q or he is just gonna kinda wander around after blowing it. His passive and W is Karthus E, but worse in every way, especially against the dozens of 100% > 0% instaburst assassins who will just blink around the orbs or stay on top of him, hard to imagine the matchup where it works well for him. Really just got to see the numbers, maybe he has broken AP ratios or cooldowns, but riot has usually not given anyone good AP ratios ever since the accident of AP gragas and sion and their 1 AP = 1 damage days.
