I just wrote this in QCS also but maybe make it so that accounts less than 1 month old can't post threads in GBS for a while. I mean presumably, at that point he will either be dead or institutionalized.

We are trying to get through to the credit card company right now, and tried yesterday as well - it seems impossible to be able to talk to anyone in person from merchant services, and because we need the full credit card number and don't have access to it, that is causing problems as well. Basically we just have to wait for him to stop, go back, add up all the charges he's made, add the chargeback fees to us and then take him to court over that.

The sooner they have a note in their file the easier it will be to straighten out. Had a shitlord attack my business like this after we served a trespass notice and authorize.net was pretty easy to talk to.
