New qualifying has been dropped. It's going back to last year's format. Bottas has 5 place grid penalty for a gearbox change. edit: loving Horner he's saying "Todt and Bernie should take charge and take the decisions out of the hands of the teams" but this new quali thing was entirely Bernie and Todt's idea according to Niki.
