the idea is the touch screen actually serves as a virtual controller which can be different for every game and there's some kind of haptic feedback so you can "feel" the buttons (think the trackpad on the new MacBooks.)

i'm probably the most skeptical about nintendo leaks because nintendo always seems to attract the most people who make a physical mockup of their fake dream console/game/etc didn't someone make a fullsized cardboard standee of a f-zero or starfox or something game for a "leak" a while back
