Are the Star Fortress heroic buffs dependent on the level of affection with each of the leaders? As in, if I have a higher level of affection with the Force leader at my base in Odessen, will her buff be stronger?

Anything higher than that is just for achievements/special mount at 20.

I bet they release an HK chest piece,legs,boots and gloves as sub rewards so by the time the final chapter rolls around we can actually play as HK outside the bonus chapter... If they are all boned up on HK rewards, better if they give out HK customizations instead

They swapped the animations for tracer missile and fusion missile early on. Tracer missile was a giant rocket coming from your back while fusion missile was a tiny missile coming from your wrist.
