I heard it's because Ryolnir left his briefcase at Tail O' The Pup and it contained documents clearly stating trifectas will all be deleted on the orders of Kevin Feige. Direct quote: "None of these heroes have costumes that make them invulnerable or less tired, Comixfan sent me a lengthy manifesto about this."

I think this is the most thedinklage has had to send back to marvel for approval. It's been sent back a lot. Remember when Marvel put out an article that Rescue, Amewican Dweam (RIP Dusty Rhodes) and Saifu (amazing) were to be delivered March 31st? That was a very good article and very believable about hitting your bosses' deadlines.

Punisher's ultimate works better when you know the flamethrower will be pointing in the opposite direction to the one you were facing and that the turret machine gun can be aimed by mousing over a target. Still pretty bad against anything that can move, but if you don't want to take a black transit Van into hell and shoot the deviI then there's no helping you.
