The crew realizes in the season finale that there's been a gas leak on the ship since the first episode. Once they fix it, they'll rush Savage and kill him before the first commercial break.

I know it's just a comic book show, but it's getting pretty hard to turn a blind eye to: "Why doesn't Raymond always carry around his suit in his pocket?" "Why doesn't Kendra use her wings in a fight?" "Why don't Stein and Jax do most operations in close proximity?" "Why is Rip's future-gun so wimpy?" "Why doesn't Stein/Jax carry a powerful gun for when they're separated?" "Is 99% of Captain Cold's usefulness really just the type of gun he has, which Cisco could easily make more of?"

Also, Colds deal has mainly been about how he's some kind of super thief and pickpocket wunderkind. The cold gun has been used as a cold gun maybe twice while the rest of the time it's just been a long range baseball bat.

Cold was recruited because he's good at stealing things, just like how Sara was recruited because she was good at killing people. Firestorm was picked as a powerhouse while Ray was chosen because he had a shrink suit. The only reason the Hawks were around was because they're technically the only people that can end Savage. Otherwise, they'd get Sara to do it.

Also if they still had Hawkman he's be able to remember times Savage killed him so they could get a decent bead on his locations. They should be trying to help Kendra get back memories. Instead Ray is trying to help himself get black mammaries. Sorry
