It's probably pretty bad against Eldrazi Ramp since they can World Breaker the land and or Kozilek's Return your board but you could also do something like EOT Secure the Wastes for 5 and then play Abbey and smash them out of nowhere. I knew a lot of mediocre people who played Magic back when I lived in the midwest and while it can be amusing to watch them posture and pretend they have their poo poo together once I'm not in their immediate vicinity being annoyed by their inability to grow up I just feel sorry for them. Like, I really enjoy Magic, have feelings and strong opinions about it (as I think most of us in this thread do, etc), but at the end of the day it's a game I've played since I was a kid, but nowadays I'm an adult with adult responsibilities that I meet on the daily. Then you see someone like this guy who is barely scraping by the whole time and has never really grown up and I just see them and feel like "maybe that could have been me if I never got my poo poo together in school" and it's just a bummer.
