Well I mean "Hi mom, hi mom, hiiii moooom" is about it except that hi isn't literally there in Japanese.  The ~ seems to have tripped up the autotranslator something fierce but afaict it's taking the place of a ー just extending the vowel.

OK I'm pretty sure 陽兵 (positive soldiers) is the Panda's name and kana in brackets (supplies? what?) is a transliteration of the name because said name's actually Chinese. Incidentally "Yang Soldier" is a rad name.
