Donald Trump is visiting Muir's orginal characters (do not steal). While he's there a bunch of protesters show up (even though they're in the middle of nowhere) and start saying mean things about Trump-sama. Then a bull gets loose and starts murdering all of the protesters.

It's definitely one of the more crazy offensive but in a fun way story lines that Muir has done, as opposed to his crazy offensive but in a creepy/rapey way storylines.

I don't think you can improve the dialog in any way, but the protester still has a few tiny details to go before turning into an exact copy of a Wyatt Man cartoon. 9/10, would stare into the schizophrenic fantasies of right-wing id again.

It always bothered me that this thread was treated as a way to see his comics without going to his site, when if you have a legitimate interest in an artist's stuff you really SHOULD go to their site and give them the hits.

That's not even the worst comic he's made in the past seven days.

Yes, we aren't allowed to post Muir anymore. His comics had become less about politics and more about poorly drawn softcore porn to the point that it started weirding people out.

It's probably for the best, but in a weird way I miss it.

The best part is that Batman v Superman has the biggest post-first-day box office drop in history, including a record 81% plummet during the second weekend. Praising how good and how much money the film is making is perfectly in-character for Kelly.

It's also interesting since that movie was originally planned to open on May 6th, but then Marvel put Civil War there and DC blinked.

It's actually Obama = Bad, pretends to be Santa to try and seem good. Dumb joke, but use of Santa is consistent with how the character is actually perceived in pop culture. The World Today Just Nuts has made an objectively better cartoon than many mainstream conservative cartoonists.

No? His film festival was supposed to run the film. When people complained he made some comments about opening a discussion that seemed more about not dropping controversial material just because it's controversial. Eventually the festival caved and dropped the film anyway.

I noticed you left Justice League off that list.

Personally, I'm interested in Affleck's Batflick. I think he's a great director, and I look forward to a less thuggish version of his Batman.

But I'm way more excited for the Lego Batman Movie.

Yeah, I think the short version is that it got dropped because it makes it seem like anti-vaxxers have a point, and aren't a bunch of stupid lying bullshit artists repeating fraudulent bullshit by a lying huckster who has since been stripped of his medical license (because of the lying thing, not because of the death toll from his bullshit). You wouldn't see a loving debate about geocentrism versus heliocentrism, nor would you see one about the Earth being round or flat, because these are settled loving questions with one side being right and the other being a pack of loving cranks. This shoves anti-vaxxers into the "loving cranks who don't deserve to be taken seriously" camp, which is not where they belong, because where they belong is an isolated island in the middle of nowhere so we don't have to worry about loving whooping cough coming back.
