That's super cool, because it's actually $300 instead of "500 plus 5000 for safety equipment." I get why lemons has to do that and appreciate keeping it safe, but having a low key event where you can flay the wheels off a beater and call it a race is pretty neat too.

We have a local fun series that races on the beaches on spring tides. This image about sums up the tone.  A common "power" mod is to remove the exhaust, flip the header upside down and have it exit through a hole hacked in the bonnet.

Just serviced the AC on this teacher's truck. Works great! 40 degrees F out of the two aftermarket vents. Had to teach a few students how to put the truck in reverse, though...
