 She looks a lot like Todoroki's mom and uses her power very similarly to Todoroki's ice armor he sometimes wears, along with her quirk visibly giving her frost over her hair + skin while using it like Todoroki's does.

Rewatched that scene, and there wasn't any kind of indication of quirks getting weaker. He just asked if Deku's mom was a fourth generation quirk haver. Probably because somebody who came from a line of people with quirks would be slightly more likely to know that the early research showed that people with quirks didn't have the two toe joints. And could also easily verify it (if it still held) by looking at herself and any family with quirks.

If two quirkless people have a kid, is the kid quirkless? Quirks suddenly started appearing in children one day, so the resulting kid might get a random quirk, or be quirkless, or maybe being quirkless is a condition that suppresses a quirk rather than remove it entirely and they'll inherit a quirk from their parents that was simply not activated.

Remember that the world of quirks officially starts with a baby born glowing, which doesn't mean people didn't have non-obvious from birth powers before.

Quirks seem very much like the X-Gene, in that two supers can have a super baby with either, both, or neither of the parents' powers. It's all very fuzzy and story-driven, in the "son of Reed and Sue Richards being a godlike reality warper apropos of nothing" sort of way. Forget it, Jake. It's comic books.

Kouda looks really freaky and his quirk kinda sucks for heroics. He can't even use it for search and rescue because he doesn't communicate with animals, he just commands them.

For real though, it probably wouldn't kill anybody to hold off for 24 hours while we wait for the actual translations to hit. Not a huge deal but something to consider. We've had weird tangents before where worried speculation informed entirely by Korean scans was proven false once the English version came out.

Nah, it's an issue I've been meaning to address for awhile. I get that people are hyped and can't wait for the next chapter, but it can be a bit off-putting. Still ultimately harmless though so I'm not gonna slap anybody for it or anything, I'm just suggesting we could do to move away from it.
