You're talking about Ren & Stimpy or Rocko? As far as I can remember none of them featured a dirty old man telling an under age girl to let him touch her boobs. Or then had the girl forcing a shape-shifting pig to turn himself into her so the old man could grope him instead. After which the pig decides 'gently caress it' and gives the old man more than he ever could have dreamt of. Just to make it clear - I bought the whole manga collection back in high-school and I still have it. But it's still pretty 'special'.

early dragon ball is amazing because it's back when akira toriyama was primarily a comedy author who didn't give a gently caress, so he made one of the main characters a perverted shape-shifting pig who saves the world from enslavement by wishing for a pair of panties before the main villain can wish for world domination and that's where he was gonna end it, too, before it turned out to be way too popular to end, so he extended it into the adventures of bulma taking the wrong set of capsules and instead of bringing an escape vehicle, stumbling upon her dad's porn collection
