I think the calves of even an obese person would be too muscular for good marbling. That's a braising cut for sure. Ribs on the other hand would be quite delicious, I think.

I had a carne asada burrito from "hole-in-the-wall in Los Angeles" for lunch and carne asada tacos from the same "hole-in-the-wall in Los Angeles" for dinner. Recovery day. Surprised at how much the 185 squats tightened up my left leg. Life is good.

I got a bowl last time, and when I mumbled out double black beans and steak for the meat, he mistakenly put on pretty drat close to double steak, "just double bb plz" then I got the hot salsa on the side and just a bag of chips. I later regretted this decision cause I actually wanted a lot more of the hot sauce after I started.
