In fact, I'd bet the W fixed CD on Q would probably make it take longer to cast than just whatever the Q CD would be normally in Urf mode.

I've been playing Ezreal on Ascension since he's free this week and I'll prob end up buying him I'm wondering what the point of blue ez is if the enemy team doesn't have an AD assassin because the damage seems extremely underwhelming compared to a triforce build
