I just noticed Jaces have actually been on a steady decline. Do youguys think they'll shoot back up after thisthis weekend or do you think they'll drop some more?

If jace has multiple top 8 finishes this weekend or has a strong day 2 showing it will, otherwise it will probably hold in the 50's due to modern and price memory.

The UR deck is fantastic. e: fetches are a loss but shard manabases seem fairly doable as long as you're prepared to play Evolving Wilds.

We didn't make it to Baltimore because of car issues but our Spirits deck wrecked two local FNMs and a IQ so I still think it's good. Isn't the 9-0 guy from yesterday in Baltimore from Close Encounters? I could've sworn I've played against him there a few times.

I would really like to see this list also. Tempo decks are my favorite, and I assume that is the route you went. Hopefully you are main decking essence flux with all of the spot removal flying around.

His opponent had ulamog mana and threw it away to get a worse card from his deck in the face of a bounce effect that also blanked the world breaker he fetched staring him in the face on the board. I've seen worse throws, but not many.

Should DQ Jim Davis for slow play IMO. It's been really egregious.

I didn't really peg Spectral Shepherd for a constructed card, has it been good? I guess it's pretty cool when you have a Rattlechains out and can hold up its ability and your spirits.

I'd also love to see the list for the u/b demonic pact deck. I tried it before ogw came out and it seemed really really bad back then. I guess not having to face rhinos makes your life a bit easier but the prevalence of tks and sideboard transgresses makes me skeptical.

Yeah I feel like it's just a strict upgrade from Topplegeist Or if you wanna stick with flyers, swap Topplegeist for Thunderclap Wyvern

How are these human decks doing so well? Is no one playing any board wipes like Languish, Tendrils, Radiant Flames, etc? e: the deck is a lot slower than Atarka Red and Atarka Red was getting hated out last season - how is that not translating to this?
