I hate driving in lovely weather because everyone and their brother seems to forget how to drive in lovely weather. Usually it's the "I'm in an SUV/Truck so I don't have to worry about paltry things like weather" guys that are the worse. Even if they somehow manage to not put themselves in the ditch, kicking up a 10 foot high plume of snow/water behind them obscures visibility and can cause accidents that they're not even involved in. That or a Semi passing you in heavy wind and creating a wake that sucks you sideways on a slippery road.

I tend to throw on my flashers if the freeway comes to a complete stop in a place where it shouldn't. In the hopes that whoever is coming up behind me doesn't plow in to me.
