For shits and giggles, I decided to look up the building permit info for CIG's Los Angeles office. Looks like it really was kind of a clusterfuck and apparently the HVAC, plumbing, and general building permits haven't been finaled yet (the work hasn't been completely inspected and approved) and a certificate of occupancy hasn't been issued yet either. Yet they got a building permit for an exterior sign just the other day so it's not like the permit/inspection lookup is out of date...
