Heh, one of my best friends lives in great falls so I go there on a pretty regular basis. At least they have a few breweries now. And his house was cheap. Going to try to stay in Missoula though.

This was to an on-ramp for a 65mph 4-lane highway. I'm not sure if she decided "aaaaayyy gently caress it" and turned around mid-ramp, or if she came off backwards that way. Regardless, pretty ballsy, good work, 8/10 would try to kill people merging on again.

Yeah I try to never be directly side by side with someone if possible so if there is an rear end in a top hat who wants to get around me (despite usually going 10 over on the highway along with the rest of traffic) he isn't forced to make a stupid unsafe maneuver. Though at the same time, some part of me is wanting a new car...

I was in the inner lane (left-most) at a protected double left turn. The car in front of me 1) crawls real slowly when the light turned green, 2) decides to swing out into the outer turning lane mid-turn, forcing the other car to dodge, 3) decides to swing back into my lane (again, left-most) to catch the left turn at the next light. Motherfucking poo poo driver.

Hell, golden, BC is only like 80km farther, and you don't end up in a town full of cops that love tint and exhaust tickets. mid summer the road up to kicking horse is empty, fantastic, and usually has a big empty parking lot. A few years ago, the sylvan lake RCMP stopped a whole beyond meet/cruise, something like 150 cars on the side of the highway and went car to car making guys peel off their tint.    Nothing says "safety campaign" like choking traffic down to nothing and walking along the highway over window tint.

I thought Panorama was closer (apparently its ~3 hours)- the road up to the hill is also amazing and likely not busy in the off season.

^^^^ Possibly the fuel from the truck is on the hood, but to start that fast something under the hood had to rupture.
