For anyone to install a sub belt like that throws up a huge red flag. It looks like a car that was built by someone who uses "#becauseracecar" but has never raced.

Nah. I don't care about the belt thing. I'd be way more concerned about the transmission "just needing" new shift bushings.

That awful sunroof + rust on the roof, I wouldn't pay more than 10k for it, you can get pretty clean models for 15 now.

2160x1440 is a Surface Pro I'm pretty sure, and they come with display scaling set to 150% default iirc. It still shouldn't cause horizontal scrolling.
