Without giving any hints as to where I'm supposed to go, could someone answer this for me (near endgame spoilers): I've just reached the Kiln of the First Flame and have found 16/19 bosses. Aside from the last boss, are the remaining two still ahead or have I skipped them? The optional bosses I've fought so far are Greatwood, Oceiros, ODK and Champion Gundyr.

I didn't have any problems with the Dancer on my first playthrough, so I figured I'd try going for her as my first boss on my new character. The grab. The grab!  I regret everything.

You already have everything you need to do to reach that area, just read the item descriptions and you'll probably figure out how to reach it by yourself. Not sure if this has been posted yet, but here's a pro-tip for scumming the Nameless King fight: The Dragonslayer Greatshield has about 95% lightning absorbtion and makes the second half of the fight a lot easier since you can actually tank most of his hits.

I don't get the hate for Aldrich. Yeah he's awful, but if you could eat gods you would too. Also i spent an hour slowly murdering all those archers in the area past Pontiff, and joining the Aldrich Covenent and killing players there is so good. Also, I'm married now. The ceremony wasn't great, but the honeymoon was amazing.

Well I just fought the boss of the Untended Graves, and man that was an intense goddamn fight, also fun. Somehow bumbled my way through it on my first try solo, too. My lovely lothric long spear continues to be really good against PvE and absolute garbage in PvP.

I wish there was at least one guaranteed summon for every boss fight. According to what I've managed to google up, the summons for the twin princes are Orbeck, who I supposedly have to buy everything from for his summon to show up, and sirris who hates me because I respecced. One is impossible for me to get, the other would require silly amounts of soul grinding for spells I'll never ever use. NPC quests being so tied to getting summon help is really annoying when they're so easy to mess up.

I wish I could just tell it to start taking uncompressed screenshots instead of the .jpgs, because as a screenshot-aholic I've grown pretty reliant on the way it both 1) lets me take a screenshot with a single keypress and 2) categorizes them into folders by game. I've taken several thousand screenshots and it would be a nightmare to navigate otherwise

Guys, help me. As an unchigatana user that insists on keeping below 30% equip load - partly for the fast roll, partly because a shredded mask/chest/deserter trousers/fire keeper glove combination looks amazing - while having both carthus rings, I keep getting my rear end kicked in PVP. I'd win SO MUCH if I just put some armour on but it feels wrong to have beaten most of the game like this and chicken out just to get some extra tongues.

Has there been a fix yet to the autosave stutter? Now that I have a stable 60 fps (GTX 970) it's even more jarring that it hiccups every time the game autosaves (which is a lot).

Yeah, unless you're specifically built for throwing knives they do piddly damage and aren't quick enough to stop the estus animation, even if they can cancel it. Doesn't feel like there's enough options to punish mid-combat chugging this time around.

I decided to use some cracked red eye orbs for the first time last night to explore the catacombs as a red rear end in a top hat. Hank squads and rappers as far as the eye can see. Only once did I have a fun invasion in which I snuck up on someone while they were fighting some monsters.

This happened to me with Dancer on my first try, took me about 30 more tries after this to finally get it  Was nice to finally have a difficult fight, after what felt like so many pushovers

I'm sure it was just a typo but there are some people who think a vaguely mentioned character the tutor to the princes, you know the cinder lords who gave the gently caress up on trying to link the fire, were tutored by a scholar who was Aldia because he's mentioned as being a scholar who didn't believe in linking the flames.
