I would like to hear the whole story on how Jeb went from favored candidate to early exit.

Still my favorite thing about this entire election.

I'm sure there's a more :words: explanation but the simplest and most correct answer is that Jeb was a complete failure as a candidate. No charisma, low energy, and basically just completely unprepared for how campaigning works in this day and age. No amount of money could fix that.

Essentially, Jeb was (and is) a mess!

He loving suggested Margaret Thatcher go on American currency. And tried to get his mommy to help him campaign.

Blanket banning trangender people from using the restroom of the sex they identify with is equally as legitimate and rational as blanket banning guns that look scary to people who don't know anything about guns or arbitrary magazine sizes.

Pretty much. Florida is kind of like college football's SEC when it comes to politics. Sure someone in FL state politics might look competent inside that fishbowl, but you dump them into the national scene and they're either a wuerffel or a manziel but never a manning, marino, testaverde or even really much of a brady level player. They're just good for lighting money on fire by the millions.

Can't imagine why legal immigrants who send money back home would be suspicious of this plan.

You seem to be under the impression that US voters are under some sort of obligation to tailor their immigration policy to anything other than whatever the gently caress they want it to be.

The US constitution doesnt apply to non-citizens. And non-citizens never seem to mention it unless they want to cry about the 2nd Amendment anyway.

does the constitution say that up is down and we have to pretend crazy things that don't add up do if an orange yelling man says them

because im from indiana and if we couldn't get the whole "pi = 3.00" amendment passed then im pretty sure the actual federal constitution isn't going to allow that sort of thing

And the SEC has a winning record all-time against literally every other conference both in regular season and bowl match-ups.

Terrible analogy, because while Florida isn't the big leagues in American politics, the SEC is undeniably the big leagues in college football today by every rational measure - incoming talent in accordance with recruiting/scouting ratings, outgoing talent in accordance with NFL draft picks, on field performance re: national titles, on field performance re: bowl records year in year out, on field performance re: regular season records year in year out, etc.

Anyone who isn't an American citizen and is on foreign soil has NO constitutional rights. The U.S. can constitutionally discriminate in any way, shape, or form it chooses when it comes to denying foreigners the privilege of traveling to or immigrating to the U.S.

OF COURSE tourists who visit us are afforded constitutional protections.

It's a restroom, you know, with stalls for privacy, it's not a communal locker room shower.

Except public male restrooms tend to have fewer stalls and those stalls tend to be disgusting as gently caress. I suppose it depends on the situation, I would obviously try and find better accommodation first but if they choice is a filthy rear end male restroom stall covered in piss and poo poo or a female restroom I'm going to apologize and tell any women in the restroom that my niece has to pee and I'm the only one with her.
