it will be in 2 weeks i just won a game where our jungle xin got sated at 30min, we were behind early but by like a couple kills it wasn't a total shutout. i feel like i need to watch the replay just to figure out what the gently caress he was doing all game.

My initial impression of Taric was that he was insanely overpowered but my measured impression of him after 4-5 games is that his lane presence is not fantastic, his mana costs are oppressive even if you are running regen, and he's probably still more of a situational anti-AD pick than a generalist. His team fighting is incredible and dazzles are much easier to land into piles of people but the combo casting off the shielded target is a lot more underwhelming than I expected. His new ult is most definitely superior for coordinated team fighting especially at the highest levels of play, but his old ult and kit basically guaranteed you a kill at six if your lane opponent made a single mistake, which made it easier to snowball. He has so little offensive presence now that he can't really posture unless his dazzle is ready to go and a jungler or mid laner is there to help gank. His cool downs are long enough too and you can't reliably melee in laning phase without eating trade damage, so if you fish with a dazzle and miss you might as well pack it up for the next fifteen seconds because you are going to get beat on. I still think he's really strong he just has a lot more downsides than I initially thought.

Jungle taric feels like its a little weak, like its good but could be better. Has brutal ganks for laners with gapclosers but i feel like his damage is too low and hes not tanky enough.

If you get one love tap a second during your AS boost it's only ever on cooldown while active so it has 100% uptime, if you miss one you get 2 seconds of downtime instead of getting eight as soon as you drop your combo. CDR seems way more reliable than trying to keep up an infinite chain. Does strut passive only reactivate on cast? Because if so the uptime on that surely is going through the roof.

I am sad because playing Bard is fun but when I'm constantly running into Wu/Zed/Morg it makes me fell like I should be playing one of the anti-fun champs just to win.

Did you not read the second part of the notes? NEW: STRUT YOUR STUFF Cooldown now begins on-cast instead of when the buff expires So it's literally always off cooldown as long as you AA 2 targets

Tryndamere is basically impossible to deal with without CC unless he's super behind, Udyr is such a fast jerk that he can gank through deep wards, and Vayne's stupid invisibility cancels Darius ult and her damage is impossible to itemize against.
