I have been given an choice: work 35 hours per week or be available to substitute an extra 12-14 hours for a broke rear end coworker. So instead of getting overtime I'm going to get my business going so I can make more money. Boom

Drove through Colorado and up to Salt Lake City today. God drat is Utah a gorgeous state. Somehow I never knew that Utah has some huge mountains all over the place. Missouri , Kansas and eastern Colorado were hell on earth though.

When I left NM after getting out I went north through CO and across southern Kansas (bleak lol) to avoid having to drive through Texas and Oklahoma -- gently caress those states.

Counterpoint: About to hit 28 and putting up bigger numbers than I could even dream of 5, much less 10 years ago. Lifting is the only thing that keeps me from going bug-gently caress crazy or crawling into a hole and pulling it in after me over stress. My knees don't nag me nearly as much since I'm not doing all kinds of stupid poo poo, and I'm actually happy now when I have to roll out of bed because I'm so loving sore.

I guess I mean more contact sport martial arts type pain. All the bumps and bruises just seem to linger forever I haven't lifted in well over a year now. Was pretty swole for a bit there. Been doing a lot of training which obviously includes cardio but yeah should get back at it Also not drinking does wonders for your physique

Time for my pup to get spayed and she needs her dew claws removed because they're not fully attached. Vet gave me an insane estimate. Went to my local humane society and they gave me a voucher that dropped the price to a quarter of the estimate. Support your local humane society.

This is my personal vet and they have an incredible facility and really good doctors. The humane society just reimburses a small network of vets of which mine is fortunately one of their partners.
