How do you volunteer at a pet store? Do you mean you hang around and play with the animals, or are you ringing people up and stocking shelves without getting paid?

Zany Zoo was more than a pet store, they had lots of weird animals you could pet, and brought in schools for field trips, that sort of stuff. I could see them getting volunteers, especially since the owner evidently tips in monkeys.

Yeah, on the weekends they have/had a free petting zoo with their exotic animals. I liked to hold the large snakes and since people kept assuming I worked there and having me help move and feed the animals I filled out a volunteers form so they wouldn't be liable if I got bit or something.

My dad had a pet monkey for a while as a kid, they found him chilling out in the orange tree in the front yard one day and he was friendly. The monkey probably escaped from the circus, but I have no idea how they managed to get an orange tree to grow in Connecticut.

I'm confused because a uk outlet is calling chips fries, but also because KFC in the uk has fries and not potato wedges

Fries and chips are different things, chips are thicker but not potato wedge thick.

One night they call room service for some condoms as things are heating up.

Fries are chips but chips are not fries. Fries are a subset of chips, if you like.

If they're curly they're always fries and if they've got the skin on them they're wedges.

Hope that clears it up.

No, it's just that Taco Bell is a sandwich place. Mexican pizzas are basically just open face versions of a Taco Bell sandwich.
