Uh, I thought they had localized the Vita version as well, but watching that trailer, it's just the PS4 one. Well, I'm sure you don't mind either way. Performance was going to be bad on the Vita anyway.

Battle mechanics are fun and fluid, but extremely simple for a JRPG. Item and Servan management are fine, giving you a miniscule amount of customizatiom. Nah, 'Murican media is all about snapping up low-hanging fruit because no matter how important a story is, it stops pulling viewers in pretty quickly. ARE JAPANESE GAMES TURNING YOUR DAUGHTER GAY? is both a great example of Betteridge's law and a great way to fill up a twelve-hour block in the sensationalist news cycle and hurt your parent gift sales substantially.
