Won enough crystals from betting to do another 10 pull. Got excited when I saw Yoda's name, but it was just the R version. Still a pretty good pull though with 4 new SR characters.

Nah, but overall you just fish for two-pair/flush/straight, and when you get to play low-or-high, hit anything under a 6 and over a 9 until you feel like you should bail. I went from 40 coins to 60k, as long as you're not stupid there's no way you can lose money on poker. Just let variance do its work.

For poker I go for fast plays and aggressive till 5 digit winnings, dealing with a 7/8/9 earlier on is better than dealing with it later when you've got a larger bet going.

Current party: My character as Dark Fencer w/ Murgleis, SSR Catalina, Yoda, Altair. Backline is SSR Rosetta and Sophia. I also have Percival, Agielba and Carmelina sitting in my box. My summon is garbage (SR Leviathan). I have never seen one to-date. I just got offered the beginner ticket, even though I thought I bought it already, so I probably bought something else with the special pick ticket. Do I grab Macula Marius, or pick up another REALLY GOOD water character (and if so, who? I am looking at the tier list, maybe Charlotta?) and suck it up until I can grind out Cocytus? e: Drakes says not to grab a summon for now, any water recommendations, or maybe something off-color that is useful in Rosetta or Sophia's place? So now that I've learned that the next card in High-Low is not in fact random but is the card you bet against, I broke 100k chips starting from a couple thousand at the start of the day and got the 10 double or nothing in a row trophy.

I got lucky with a Yoda right out the gate and ended up with a Silva from the beginner discounted pick, so that cemented my decision to go with a water based team. Used my beginner ticket on Altair to round it out. From what I understand, Altair is a very strong buffer so you'll want a heavy hitter like Silva or Lancelot to round out the group for when Yoda's damage starts to fall off. I'm still pretty new myself so this is just what I've picked up from digging around to build a water party.

I am debating Lancelot/Silva/Charlotta primarily. Charlotta can just sit in the back and happily grant my party the 5% charge until I need her otherwise. Lancelot secures my end game, Silva fills me out for mid game better. But Yoda is still good for a long time. Of course, I am 600 from another 10 draw, so who knows what will happen before I use the pick ticket! The other issue is that someone is going in the back line when I grab another water unit, and I don't know who.

Alternatively you can branch off and run another element  , wind/earth are pretty easy to farm but general opinion seems low on earth?

I could go into wind, since I have SSR Rosetta as a basis (and Carmelina I guess). And Anat exists if I want to play the casino for a summon. Too bad I can't use the ticket on Anchira. The nice thing about having Wind and Water as my core teams is that if it's a fire event I can run water, if it's an earth event I can run wind, and otherwise I just pick whichever of the two teams I feel is stronger and never have to actually deal with an opposing element in an event, only weak or neutral ones. I just realized I am a whale already at $75 into this game in a month.  At least it's fun as gently caress.

What does the +X mean on summons? Boost damage when called, or does it affect the passive aura too?

Just more stats yeah. +1 HP and +5 attack on weapons, +1/+3 on characters (and it only benefits a single unit so not very worthwhile) and summons are the same as weapons I think.

Over 110 battles and Colossus Omega has dropped his summon seven times and zero SSR weapon.  On the plus side I've learned you can equip the same summon multiple times, unlike with characters.

Drop rates are a bitch. I imagine it is better when you can MVP your hosted Omegas, but I need to leech more drops to get to that point. I've gotten 3 SSR weapons except all were +HP so not as helpful.

I have been getting a nice collection of MLB SR weapons in the meantime, I guess, which I finally started to skill up. I was waiting to use the resources on something a little more permanent, but it's been a big boost to my damage output. Well, that and levelling Hermit. Now that I have characters that cover a lot of what I would do as Dark Fencer, being able to take the role of a big nuke is pretty satisfying.

Percival is pretty amazing with a big nuke and petrify which prevents the enemy from building its charge meter. That would probably be my recommendation, but Clarise is really good too and between the two with what you already have you probably can't go wrong. Whatever you choose I'd probably knock Heles off your main team entirely. As for Athena as great as she is you probably don't want to ticket her as she's much more of a long term investment in terms of what you will need to uncap her to max since you can't just get more copies. Farmable summons should be fine for now.

That's just how the list works, it gives you a set number and doesn't refresh until they're all cleared out, which I guess is to entice people to help out on stuff they otherwise wouldn't.
