Parilla, SA, December 2015

If you ever decide to cast away your hopes and dreams, take a trip down to Tassie. Sheffield officially calls itself the "Town of Murals" (they even have the "Sheffield MuralFest" every year) and would be a goldmine for people like you and your style. Loving your belated stuff, in any case. The colonial townscapes down here would be a field day for you guys.

Thoughts on this photo? I feel like I composed it well and the subject matter is interesting/different. I asked some friends to help pick 7 out of 15 photos of mine to use in an exhibit and nobody voted for this one.

I don't think a crop can fix it. You need better light and a new composition. It's a cool moment, having a horse carriage in front of an old building, but the result is dull. Nothing draws the eye.

the way WA was used made all the interesting details too small and distorted the building, neither of which i'm fond of

Mate I would live to visit Tassie, probably next on the list when we do an aussie holiday in the next few years.

I'm familiar with casting away hopes and dreams every time I drive into the WA wheat belt...

Sometimes I get in dark moods. Or my screen brightness gets too high. Thanks, I think I'll crush the blacks less.

What is the diagonal line going through the image? So distracting. Otherwise, I like this shot.

Is this cropped at all? What does it look like when the chairs are in the bottom right quarter, kinda so it's split into quadrants
