KC in AW was epic , because 90% of the time tags were floating in mid-air and you had to put yourself in a real bad position to get the confirm. Very tense

Yeah. called that one. The game is mediocare at best judging from the beta. it doesnt help that its coming out in the same month as overwatch which while a different kind of fps, is a much better game.

FEAR 2 was loving weird. 1st fear was great, 2nd was ok but weird. and 3rd was an abortion. Thats not even counting all the weird side games/dlc.

I have played quite a bit of BLOPSIII but all TDM, because, as I mentioned before, it's where 90% of the player base is sadly. well most of time you can't even find games because even COD is dying now (playing on PC here)

Fear 2 had a weird fov setup. Fear 3 was a coop game. Fear 1 was odd but made sense after I realized they were the company that tried to bring anime right robots to the American fps genre.

pretty much, the fact that is basicaly pg-13 borderlands humor except somehow worse also makes it poo poo. Plus the art design is just loving ugly. like i was never the greatest fan of borderlands art design but at least it was consistent in design and had some cool ideas. this just feels weird and ugly.

So yesterday I posted some videos I made of me playing the Nioh demo. I'd like to thank everyone who checked them out. I know some of you did because I got some views. They were my first effort at making videos like this, and I know they lacked interesting or entertaining commentary, so I won't be offended if people didn't like them.

I would like to ask a few questions to those of you who took a look at them, though:

Did anyone watch the entirety of either video? If so, what did you think of the audio/video quality?

While the second video is pretty aimless, the first video I made with a more clear goal in mind: demonstrating a playstyle and progression through the level. However, I did almost no editing of the footage. If you watched the first video, how would you rate the content versus the length? The video is almost 20 minutes in length, and I feel like that would be acceptable if it was an entertaining "let's play", but the actual content is more like a quick demo, and I think it probably would have been more suited to a 5-10 minute video. What do you guys think?

And finally, anyone who started watching one of my videos and then didn't finish, do you have any constructive criticisms?

Any feedback is appreciated. I'm just making videos for fun for myself, but I think it would be cool if I could make something that other people found entertaining.

I'm planning to make 1-2 more videos with footage I've already captured, but for my next one I'm going to cut it up more for pacing. No one needs to see me hmming and hawing in the menus and running around describing loot or whatever.

I didn't notice anything but I also may have left it at the poo poo quality I default Youtube to so I don't actually remember.

I wouldn't really see a problem with either way. I could see it being cut down but it wasn't necessarily long winded at all.

Only know because I wondered wtf was up with that myself a week or two ago and dug around a bit. Also had trouble remembering the somehow thoroughly unmemorable name.

The game is The Tomorrow Children, which is currently in some sort of extended dev hell/limbo after that one beta they did with no announcement of another, or anything really, other than what trade shows they're bringing it to.

Their twitter trundles on every now and then with another cryptic screenshot but that's about all I could find.

I did watch a few streams while it was on, nobody was having much luck making progress though. You'd go out, get a bunch of resources, come home, barely be able to do anything, someone would spend it on useless crap, then a monster would come along and burn half your buildings. It was in need of some reworking for sure.

From what i am getting from the article. it sounds like they are taking away the level breaks. Basically the game is one long continuous mission with out loading screens or cuts to mission briefings. but it might be partially open. who knows.
