i would think having two dogs would give you plenty of potential butt discussion my dog was acting strange last night when i let him out and when he came running back in he was squatting over his dogbed and still had a little bit of poop hanging out of his butt so i apologized and let him run back out and finish <--- thats my butt story for tuesday may 3rd, 2016

I found that holding on to something and hanging down, while attempting to relax my back, helps a great deal. It's very hard to describe this without sounding stupid. What I mean is, something like a chin-up bar, but just hold on and try to relax, especially your lower back. It has helped me immesurably.
