Nah, Ronan looked huge, looming and badass. These guys looked like doofy cosplayers.

Yes but Ronan was an accuser. The ones the Novas speak to don't have the aura he does at all.

They give off a slimy politician vibe instead.

Kree in the comics are just blue humans, I don't know what anyone was expecting from the movies.

Better costuming than 1960's Star Trek Klingons. But that's what we got tonight.

I stand by my assessment that the GotG Kree looked far better than the chubby guys in this episode.

Someone post screencaps of the AoS Kree so that self-respecting people who don't watch AoS can judge.

That's all they are, but that's also all they are in the movie and not some different version for the show.

Edit: Awful app lives up to its name. This was supposed to be a new post. Thanks, radium.

Maybe this is just over a decade of being conditioned by Star Trek speaking but honestly that look isn't that bad. It needs something prosthetic to give them a distinctive profile though, and better costuming.

They remind me of the barber from TNG.

The SHIELD one actually has more prosthetic work than the Kree from Guardians.

I'm sure her and the dozen other stupidly attractive people in the cast doesn't hurt either. The show is still dreck though. My girlfriend watches it and I've caught about a dozen full episodes and it really is terrible. At least the Shonda hows have a few likable characters.

All I know is that if ABC doesn't stop airing that 5-second "WHOAHH-OHHH-OHH-OH-OHHHHHHHHHHH Get ready for [SHOW NAME]!" promo/jingle before every single goddamn thing they air, I am going to lose it.

Curious. I wasn't any illusion that it would be their number one drama or anything, but I had thought it was two or three. Not sure what gave me that impression. Maybe it's because the other ones don't have as much presence in the UK, at least as far as I'm aware.

I believe Quantico and the Sondaland shows are all on Sky channels here, and OUaT did such bad ratings that Channel 5 couldn't justify keeping it, and it eventually ended up as a Netflix day-and-date-exclusive.

It makes me laugh how biased Andrew Kreisberg (and probably Geoff Johns) are about continuing to use a lot of characters they created in the DCTV shows.

This week was Rupture who I had never even heard of, but then looked up and welp. First things that catch my eye are "New 52" "Kreisberg" "Johns". Yep.

Fair enough. I guess I assumed AoS was bigger because it's on Channel 4.

Again, I might be over-estimating the enduring popularity of Channel 4. I mostly watch TV after the fact on DVDs nowadays.
