A sort of thing more of which we could do with.

Its designed to increase the workforce for London so it can be the only place with any investment whilst making sure none of the plebs have to live there.

I like this having two votes business, I got to support Sadiq and honestly tell the extremely attractive Green party canvasser outside Tufnell Park station that her party would be my first choice. The polling station was deserted at 6:15pm though, which is probably a bad sign for turnout.

The usual reminder that the only people who see the ballot papers are the count staff, most of whom are poorly paid local council staff working on a weeknight for a few extra quid. Defacing your ballot with obscenities is a blow against the working class.

Police and Crime Commissioners are a stupid non-position that shouldn't be an elected office, but nevertheless, they do have powers over local police spending, and it's worth voting for them on that basis to prevent outright nutjobs from getting the position. Edit: - also voted Lib Dem second preference, as it was infinitely preferable to the 'efficiency, efficiency, efficiency' Conservative and the 'murder them all and make more savings' UKIP candidates.

I was surprised to see Tommy Sheridan still kicking it with his own party of the Solidarity Movement. That's all I can say. It was also very funny reading on my ballot to pick today the SNP was wedged between the Nazinal Front and the Commiedarity Movement. Hell of a spectrum right there.
