I'm sure that any D/P remakes will have more improvements than Platinum. At least, I hope they do. They have proven ready to be slavishly loyal to the old and busted games before.

They did it right with HGSS, which were mostly Crystal remakes. But then they dropped the ball with ORAS, which ignored all of Emerald's additions and improvements.

Yeah, so battle frontier in ORAS is insane. It's a whole generation with no battle frontier now, since there won't be a Pokemon Z. I'm hoping Sun and Moon will have one.

Maybe 3 if the Gigas' stats when outside of slow start got ramped up even further. But the 5 turn countdown for slow start is just hot garbage.

I do wonder what the legendary's types will be. Presumably the sun legendary will be a Fire type and the moon legendary will be a Flying type. But I'm also thinking that both of them will also be Fairy types. Fire/Fairy and Fairy/Flying (or Fairy/Fire and Flying/Fairy).

The Moon legendary has the Spanish word for wing in its name, so Flying seems likely. Then again, neither Zekrom nor Reshiram were Flying depite really looking the part.
