I liked this year a lot. I'm currently downloading the first tenchi OVAs, Saint Tail, and Ruin Explorers. Maybe I'll get around to them someday!

i watched the first ozanari dungeon ova cause i talked about it during the stream and its generic and not very interesting unless you are desperate for fantasy shows, so i suggest just waiting on that series until the translators finish the manga cause it gets good later on

so tokemeki tonight, good premise. execution is kinda boring and generic shoujo. feels wasted The Kabocha Wine is actually pretty fun, the guy is a short hot tempered tsundere who gets in trouble while the girl is the nice and dumb type. nothing too out of the ordinary but it reads really smoothly and they're cute together. however only 2 chapters are translated the don dracula manga does not appear to be translated but the (incomplete and cancelled) anime does

the don dracula anime was apparently the subject of an old translator war This series is notorious for being translated so POORLY it is a online joke. Check Hulu for the episodes in their original bad translated form. I think you will find my translation is NOT literal but DOES capture the spirit of the intended dialogue and I did it in a way comparable to TV studios that would translate shows and take artistic license or liberties to make things make sense and fit into our culture. I stuck to the real deal as much as possible though. I think you will enjoy it better than the alternative.

don dracula is pretty good. its fairly funny and it breaks the fourth wall a lot. i'd say the only bad thing is the recurring and rather repetitive haemorrhoids joke in the first ep, not sure if they keep using it later on

The 2000s threat is real. I won't be able to begin this weekend since I'll be out of town, but when I return I will be starting up 2009. It's 15 videos long, which is shorter than 2004 and even just a cursory glance shows that the bad openings are a million times more interesting than the average 2004 opening.
