It only took the call running over by 30 minutes for the guy to get that access and then conclude he couldn't reproduce the issue and would have to wait until Friday for someone actually competent to show up.

Yeah it reminds me a lot of Cyphers. Though Cyphers used Left Mouse, Right Mouse, L + R Mouse, Shift, Q, Space, and E. Also R but only for training / practice modes.
