They also complained that Trudeau didn't go to the Fort Mac early enough, because going there when it was at its worst would have not caused any issues with the people trying to fight the fires. They cannot accept that a completely humorless, empty shell of a human being was defeated by someone people genuinely like.

Also, lots of attitudes changed within the Army after 9/11, lots of people were fairly reasonable about how a soldier should be treated but once that decades long collective "Are Troops" blowjob began a lot of people got used to being the center of attention and can't handle when they're not. Kanye said he made the music video for Bound 2 with cowboy iconography to intimidate and scare white people. Then again, Beyoncé's Super Bowl performance got a lot of people angry, but not necessarily scared. It's an interesting thing.
