I'll never get tired of the fact that Joe the Plumber was famous for not understanding how marginal tax rates work. He had it patiently explained to him by candidate Obama (which made everyone like Obama more), but learned nothing and got on every news outlet being really loud and angry about how making $200,001 was somehow worse than making $199,999 (even though that isn't true and is patently stupid).
