I don't know why they felt it necessary to wait until the 29th to reveal any information at all, I'm pretty sure frustrating the community was the only thing accomplished by that. If they are completely set on releasing the characters in that order, then they could very easily confirm it with a single Twitter post. They've waited until near the end of the month each time so it's not like it was a surprise this time. Showing it at an actual tournament was at least a good reason to have it so late in the month, anyway.

I know Alex was announced real late in his month and everyone was whining about that then so I guess it's just 2 out of 3 for them waiting until the last minute to reveal the character so far.
