I think I played one on a dreamcast but it was extremely slow and boring to me. Maybe that game never existed though and it was something else

I routed that over and over to pull it off nonlethally. I put a wall mine where the guy was gonna run towards and he doesn't trigger the explosion. the newer ones are meh stealth games but they let you cut loose with killing everybody. conviction feels more like a modern day Tenchu then a splinter cell game.
