I, forums user tallkidwithglasses, oath to paint this trio of jetbikes in June. Also give the riders arms and stuff. Can I get a ruling on whether this is ok for the #squadgoals achievement? They're a little smaller than vehicles, which is a squad of 2+, and quite a bit bigger than mans, which is a squad of 4+. Is 3 ok?

Gauntlet thrown. edit: somewhat confusing reference to obsolete 'basing points' in op: quote:The base does not need to be done to be called 'completed', but remember that if all your models are based you do get a point for basing. You can kitbash, convert or sculpt something together so your model looks like it's lounging in a beach chair or whatever, or just keep it real and use a model that's just 'standing around'. Since you just uploaded your pictures you should be able to recognize your models! I uploaded the same photos into both locations but you never know. I may have missed someone or something may have happened, so just please check. I think we have an actual record of photos to be uploaded, usually there's way less than 200 photos to upload and this time there are 249 photos! So...great job, all of us! Loads of new recruits, loads of returning old-timers and very few people weren't able to complete their Oaths. Let's keep it up, and if you failed your Oath, don't worry, just pick up the brush and Save Da Whales! Also, I just wanted to add a couple of things that I'll be putting in the OP rules: 1. If you add your name to your photos (remember you don't get points for missing names) please put your name in every photo - I do my best to put photos with names in my download folder first, then add your other photos, but Google Photos doesn't allow me to rearrange albums by name any more, so photos will get mixed around. 2. I'm no longer adding names to photos using photo editing software at my end - if you don't want to write your name on a bit of paper or add your name using the info in the OP that's on you, and you won't get points. The no name, no points rule has been around at least since the start of Season 6, so it should be pretty engrained now for you regulars, and for anyone new or joining up again after a long time away it shouldn't make a difference. I don't think the folks who left off their names are going big for judge's points but wanted to be clear I won't be editing pictures any more.

I, Taft Punk, Oath that I will paint these models: (9 models in total) Privateer Press's War Machine's Protectorate of Menoth's Choir and Reckoners Guild Ball's Butchers' Guild's Ox With Mk. III bringing Menoth Christmas early this year, I figured it was time to join the "Choir!" #squadgoals for this one, and they'll be seeing table play before the paint is fully dry. Ox is an addition because I owe someone his Butcher's Guild fully painted, and to fulfill the Summer relaxing theme challenge.  Lord Hypnostache thanks for the compliment on Trogdor! I was experimenting with Golden Fluid acrylics for the first time, and coming off of a several month painting hiatus. Once I started messing up on it, it was time to go Full Scrunt. I'm only sad I couldn't find the googly eyes in time for the Oath post. krushgroove Thanks! Understood.

Ok, I've had a few set backs. First, I thought June was the terrain month, so I started fighting the Tempestus Firebase. Realizing my error, I switched to Dark Eldar. I assembled many models, but I've realized that the Raiders require pre-painting before assembly, something I'm not accustomed to. Adding salt to the wound, the Hellion Skyboard models are some of the best models I've assembled, second only to the recent Flash Gits. (they really are a work of art.) I'd like to give them the time they need. Anywho, I'm pledging 18 Killa Kans and 1 Deff Dredd. I oath 18 Killa Kans and 1 Deff Dread  Should be an easy job.

I, chutche2, oath to paint Kommandant Irusk, as well as a unit of Iron Fang Pikemen with both sets of banners and magnetized shields, and an Iron Fang Kovnik. I reserve the right to not fully paint both sets of shields because I may have lost one or two, since I never fielded them as regular pikemen, only as Black Dragon pikemen. I'll paint everything I can find.  Finished photos will hopefully be with a better camera. Capes and shoulder pads are still in their box.
