2nd HM Matanza vs Cage, Lucha Underground - 6/1/2016 Two monsters just throwing bombs for ten minutes. Finish was an amazing display of strength. I loved it.

I'm gonna Nth MOTYC for Ospreay/Ricochet. It wasn't the best match this year, but it was very, very good and honestly looks like a brief window into the future. It will probably historically significant, at any rate.

MOTYC The Revival vs American Alpha Better than the first. Fantastic match. MOTYC Shinsuke Nakamura vs Austin Aries MOTYCAsuka vs Nia Jax I'm going a little crazy for this show, but I loved how much this match was a brutal showing by both, showing Nia's strength and dominance better than ever before, but Asuka credibly beating the poo poo out of her challenger. As for the main event.... Worst Match Type of the Year Nomination: Cage Matches where you can escape. They suck so much. Everyone just wants to see the two people fight with steel with no chance of escape. The drama goes away if they stop fighting to try and escape for a bit.
