Response to asking if people are really ok with zero financial responsibility. "If you are going to fight windmills. Why focus on something so small. Why not get mad at for example banks and their corrupting influence on politicians. Why not spend your energy on something that affects all of society? As I see it it railing at CIG is small minded and petty. An easy target. After all they are artsy people making entertainment for people who like to avoid reality for a little while. They are not professional Wall Street sharks who deserve your scrutiny. So my advice is to get your act together and focus on something worth fighting for. Good luck."

The new ToS do nothing other than to scream out that CIG and RSI have no faith in themselves to achieve what they are trying to do. Why don't they have faith in their product to keep their backers happy and content? Instead they ask for the backers to have faith in Chris Roberts and his history of fails and if your not happy with that, to bad. I hope someone at Citizen Con will throw out some truth bombs. Chris Roberts, scummy man, scummy company, scummy product.

Guys I think I was on a psychoactive vision-quest when I pledged for star citizen. Or is it possible my dog logged in using my info? I am fairly certain he understands english. I had a cat live to 18 years, broke my heart when we had to put him down. As a consolation I kept remembering that he lived way waaaaaaay longer than most cats, a life of daily treats, pettings and love, never hungry, scared or in pain right until the end. Were that all of us could live such lives.

Thinking of you. We had to do this at the beginning of the year, he was 15 and he was my buddy and my flight sim co pilot. It's the hardest thing in the world but they deserve to go peacefully. They are amazing, amazing creatures and they aren't in this world for long.

My father who is this hard as nails man who's been in the war couldn't bring himself to accompany me when the time came for his favorite cat. There is no shame if you can't do it. Whatever brings you the most peace of mind. I never regretted being there for them but it hurts like a motherfucker.

The EU ToS is however now being looked at by people who aren't just blokes on the internet. There are two items in the EU ToS that to my eyes are not compliant with UK legislation. One is the lack of a delivery date, this applies to digital goods.
