Fair warning, the argument is about semantics, dangling participles, grocer's apostrophes and whether 'apostrophes' back there should have had a comma after it.

I hate hospitals. I hate sitting and waiting for news about my sick roommate, or for people to show up for the tests they ordered for her, and the too dry air and the constant beeping and bad mobile reception so I have to use their lovely WiFi and you know I'm not even the sick one so I shouldn't be whining.

Hell is a hospital waiting room.

On the other hand, Minnesota at least has good Medicaid so this won't cost her anything.

That full Zelda LP Nintendo did was pretty cool. Not great, but having it in the background during work made for some fun moments.

i only blacked out once and i woke up in some dudes bed where i had vomited all over the bed and my hoodie.
i took off the hoodie, wiped any leftovers off myself and, left it on the bed and proceeded to get the gently caress out of there

it was a house party as some frats house

its like okay... is that really a defining characteristic, in ur life, that u have to spend a paragraph in the "tell me about yourself" section about it, lol

i don't think she was saying that, i think she was saying that 'brocialists' by definition do not believe in identity politics

as in, that's a defining characteristic, of a 'brocialist'

i honestly htink the problem with a lot of these debates is that many people get into them with different working definitions of 'identity politics', so, drama ensues

tbh I have yet to hear a meaning of 'identity politics' that didn't, at the very best, still leave you in what should be an uncomfortably close position to some regressive rear end poo poo if you were against them as a blanket thing.

"identitarian" is a more accurate term, also. less baggage and describes a specific strain of liberalism
