I can't help but think that demolition derbys everywhere could only be improved by allowing the cars to jump 5ft in the air at will... Actually I'm struggling to think of any class of motorsport where it wouldn't be an improvement.

It pleases me inordinately that they masked and painted the pieces separately, rather than spraying the entire assembled unit like a lot of builders seem to do. Leave that gorgeous hardware exposed and clean.

Not sure if this ones ever been posted before (but i did do a search which came up empty) so with that said let me introduce you to Davide Cironi. https://www.youtube.com/user/davidecironi/videos I just came across this guy's channel late last night and even though i only had time to watch a hand-full of his videos i already think it could be one of the greatest car channels ive ever come across on youtube. Most of the videos are just an Italian gentleman driving the hell out of some of the most legendary drivers cars ever made ranging from stuff that should have rotted away decades ago to rare and expensive cars that i have no clue how he got his hands on to do what he does. Aside from a few history lessons beforehand or him waxing poetic about them en italiano (with english captions) while driving rather enthusiastically there's no background music and the sound of each car is very well captured and clearly heard the whole time. yeah i knew someone had to recognize it since it seems like he has a decent following. A friend I showed the E30 M3 video it to likened it to Bob Ross for petrolheads which isnt much of an exaggeration at least for that particular video. I've never seen many good quality drive along videos (if any at all) for of those early hot hatches like the Fiat Ritmo Abarth 130 TC and Renault 5 Turbo so it was especially great watching those and there are still many more waiting to be watched later on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NoX32kUhezU If there's any other youtube sites that have lots of videos (cars or motorcycles) that are very similar to this please share.
