Yeah that poo poo is annoying since the people calling for gay murder know who they are and what they are doing (and Rush definitely is aware of these guys). It's only there as a facade for the kinds of people that are desperate to pretend the two sides of this debate are morally equal.

So you get people like Starnes, Limbaugh and the other idiots able to get away with this stuff because the FRC/AFA get to hide behind the overall "good" the mainstream christian church represents in america. When liberal Christians, and secularists call them out? They cry persecution and are able to shelter themselves away from criticism. I sincerely pray that more and more american Christians of all political beliefs start to call these people and tell them they're not allowed to hide behind the cross any more.
