Finally got around to trying the Master+ for the event song. Super fun chart. Probably my new favorite in both Master and Master+ difficulties.

I really like what they did with the holds in the chart. The Master+ patterns aren't too crazy in the middle either. Overall just super drat fun.

Still, they should have saved most of the drama for the end of the seasons and for New Generations. Nah, she's just shy and gets stage fright easily, at least early on in her idol career (which seems to be where she is in the anime). Anime proves she is actually a very nice and good girl who gets along very well with other idols (especially Arisu), and likes talking about how much she loves books. Uzuki and Mio had way bigger breakdowns in the show than she ever had.

Episodes 14-21 or so had some good moments, but were overall frustrating to watch. I was hoping that they'd gotten the drama out of the way in s1 and could spend s2 having fun, at least until the final arc, but instead every episode was gloomy. I'd rate s1 & s2 pretty similarly, as better then LL s1 but weaker than s2. But! The OVA episode 26 awaits, and I expect it to be fun times.

Since we synched it, I didn't really livepost, but let the record show that 26 is amazing. Really, it's everything I wanted from s2: the characters having fun with goofy misunderstandings and wacky hi-jinks. If each little part of this ep had been expanded out to a half or even a full episode, I would have been well pleased with the resulting season. Heck, with a few alterations, they could have bookended such a season with the beginning and end of s2 and it would have been superior, imo.
