There's another big trick which I think is TAS only, getting a game over and a 1up at the same time causes you to just warp to the level clear screen, which cuts out a fair bit of the game.

Demon's Crest is one of those games, when I played it as a kid, I always found something new. It always felt like there was an endless amount to find. Anyone who says this game is bad doesn't deserve thumbs.
